1. Request Program Disclosures
We'll email you our Program Disclosures via DocuSign. Please review them fully and sign electronically, acknowledging your acceptance of the program terms and requirements.

2. Submit $300 Enrollment Payment
Your one-time enrollment fee secures your spot in the program and gets you access to our proprietary second chance leasing software and your own personalized Client Portal where you'll be able to track your progress in the program, view your confirmed homes and much more.
This fee is charged per household, not per applicant.
3. Upload Household Income Docs
To best determine your eligible rent budget and the property options available to you, we ask that you provide income documentation for the most recent 30 days. This can be in the form of paystubs, bank statements, job offer letter, employment letter, prior year's tax return, 1099 or government housing voucher.
Please be sure to include the income of any co-applicants as well.

Application Support & Submission:
We don’t just hand over a list and send you on your way. Instead, we guide you through each landlord’s application process, help refine your application, and offer suggestions to strengthen your leasing profile. Our goal is to present you as a reliable, responsible tenant.
Negotiation & Follow-Up:
If the landlord has concerns, we’ll work with you to address them proactively. Sometimes this means adjusting your move-in date, discussing deposits, or clarifying your current financial situation. We’ll continue to advocate on your behalf and provide support until you secure approval.
