Complete your Intake Form and Enroll. Let us know all of your leasing challenges. Please Be Transparent. The more we know, the better we're able to assist. If you're unsure what leasing challenges you have, just let us know. We can obtain a report to find out for you.

2. Verification / Onboarding

We'll confirm details regarding your specific leasing challenges and home needs. We'll also discuss our process, your next steps and answer any questions you might have before you finalize your onboarding with us.

3. Screening & Approval

We'll target only the homes you have interest in and screen/ negotiate them for landlord pre-approval of your leasing challenges. You'll then view, apply and await your approval once you've narrowed down your pre-approved property interests.
