Verification / Onboarding

We'll confirm details regarding your specific leasing challenges and home needs. We'll discuss our process, next steps and finalizing your onboarding with us.

Property Screening & Approval

We'll target only the homes you have interest in and screen/ negotiate them for landlord pre-approval of your leasing challenges. You'll then view, apply and await your approval once you've narrowed down your pre-approved property interests.
