We take a proactive approach by PRE-DISCLOSING your second-chance concerns and securing CONDITIONAL APPROVAL from the private owner, property management company, or listing agent before you even view or apply for a home. This ensures that decision-makers over your desired property's are fully aware of your circumstances upfront, helping you avoid unexpected surprises during the actual application process.

Once we receive confirmation that decision-makers are open to considering you as a tenant, we’ll schedule in-person home viewings. After you apply and your application is approved, you’ll sign your lease, pay your move-in expenses, and receive your keys to your new home!
