Application Fee & Process

Thank You for Interest in leasing with Elite Realty Alliance.

A $60 application fee is required for all lease applicants, ages 18 and older.

Next Steps

Your lease application will be processed once

we have received each of the following:

  1. The application fee for all applicants.
  2. Fully completed lease applications from all applicants.
  3. All requested supporting documents, including:
  • Proof of income for the last 30 days.
  • A clear copy of a photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID).
  • A clear copy of your Social Security card

What You Can Expect

We typically process applications within 1-2 business days upon receiving all required items listed above. If we have any questions, requests or updates, we will be in touch with you or your licensed agent, promptly.
